KB Home (NYSE: KBH) on Friday announced that it recently opened two new affordably priced residential communities in the Las Vegas area: Reserves at Saddlebrook and Cattara. With the addition of these new communities, the home builder now has 17 new-home communities in the Las Vegas area.

New KB homes are available at Reserves at Saddlebrook, a new North Las Vegas community in the highly regarded The Villages of Tule Springs neighborhood.
