KB Home (NYSE: KBH) will open two geographically and demographically distinct California communities this weekend: One is an affordable option in Fresno and the other a pair of higher-end neighborhoods in Newark in the Bay Area.

Laurel Grove is KB's latest community of single-family new homes in Fresno. Situated near Highways 99 and 180 for easy commuting throughout the greater Fresno area, Laurel Grove is convenient to Community Regional Medical Center, California State University, Fresno, and the retail and dining establishments at Eastgate Shopping Center.
