KB Home (NYSE:KBH) on Friday announced the grand opening and model home debut of Bridgepoint at Patterson Ranch, a new home community situated in the Ardenwood area of Fremont, California.
With easy access to Interstate 880 and Highway 84, Bridgepoint at Patterson Ranchis convenient to Silicon Valley’s major employment centers, as well as prime dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations. Residents can tee-off at several area golf courses or take in the striking beauty of the area’s nature preserves, including Coyote Hills Regional Park and Mission Peak Regional Preserve. The community’s school-age children can attend school in the Fremont Unified School District.
