KB Home will host a grand opening celebration at Highlands at Grist Mill on Saturday, Dec. 15, noon–4 p.m., during which attendees may tour the three model homes. The 17 distinct floor plans offered at the community include up to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths and range in size from 1,300 to 2,800 square feet.
