Since its founding in January, Joseph Carl Homes in Phoenix has gained control of over 500 home sites in 5 communities and has logged 24 finished home closings.
Joseph Carl Homes started construction at Riverbend in South Phoenix in January. “We are off to a smooth start,” said John Jeffrey, vp of construction at Joseph Carl Homes. “Line building is greatly helping us overcome some of the current trade issues in the Valley.”
Carl Mulac, Owner of Joseph Carl Homes, increased the lot portfolio from 92 in January to 543 lots by the end of September in five Valley communities. By the end of the year Joseph Carl Homes will open for sales at Ghost Hollow Estates in Casa Grande, Buckeye Park in Buckeye, Villa Adelaida in Florence, and Country Coolidge Estates in Coolidge.
“Opening these 5 communities within our first year is key to establishing our local presence,” said Mulac. “And our successful acquisition of our land portfolio positions us for healthy growth in the years to come.”
The initial new home communities will offer floor plans ranging from 1,350 to over 2,200 square feet.
Mulac is no stranger to the Phoenix home building market. He established the company in 2009, and it shortly thereafter was acquired by 55+ home builder AV Homes, where Mulac was executive vp. Wanting to venture again into offering homes to all segments of home buyers, Mulac opened Joseph Carl Homes again earlier this year.
