K. Hovnanian® Homes will celebrate the start of construction of the new clubhouse and amenity complex coming to its latest 55+ Active Lifestyle community in Lewes, Delaware at an event to be held on Saturday, November 9.
Homeowners, potential home buyers and other industry partners are invited to the event, taking place at 12 p.m. at K. Hovnanian's® Four Seasons at Belle Terre. Guests will be treated to a fun-filled day of catered BBQ by Bethany Blues, drinks, S'mores, fire pit, raffles and more.

Once complete, the clubhouse will feature a fitness center, lounge and game room. Residents will also enjoy a swimming pool, patio, fire pit and tiki bar, as well as pickleball courts, kayak launch and trails winding through the community.
