K. Hovnanian® Homes, the home-building unit of Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., Red Bank, N.J. (NYSE:HOV) on Saturday will stage the grand opening of The Estates Of Fox Chase in Oswego, Illinois, outside Chicago.
The builder is unveiling a professionally decorated model of the Yorkshire at the single family home community.
“With a long tradition of building new homes in the Fox Valley, K. Hovnanian® is excited to debut The Estates Of Fox Chase,” said Andy Konovodoff, president of K. The builder’s collection of five home designs features plans with 2,032 to 3,208 square feet of living space, three or four bedrooms, and two or 2-1/2 baths. Both two-stories and a ranch are available—all with designer kitchens and luxury baths. Several plans have three-car garages. Base prices for the 68 new homes at The Estates Of Fox Chase start from the mid $200s.
