K. Hovnanian Homes has announced plans for the development of a new community of upscale single-family homes in Middlesex County, N.J.
Anticipated to open for sales in the spring (dates subject to change), Vintage Park will provide 28 homes in East Brunswick.
At Vintage Park, buyers will have a choice of four large single-family home floorplans that feature up to 3,829 square feet of living space. These homes will be set on quarter-acre lots and will feature four to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half to five-and-a-half baths, and two-car front-entry garages. Every home will be distinguished by unique features and finishes, such as nine-foot ceilings throughout the first floor, with a variety of options available to further personalize the homes. Pricing is expected to start in the $700s (subject to change).
East Brunswick has nearly 1,000 acres of parkland and open spaces, providing an array of recreational opportunities including 14 public parks with extensive facilities for tennis, basketball, handball, soccer, and baseball. Playgrounds, nature trails, and lakes and rivers for fishing and boating are available. A popular aquatic center features a blue water swimming area with a lazy river, Olympic size lap pool, several wading pools, and a water slide. Tamarack Golf Club, which includes two 18-hole courses and is owned by Middlesex County, is also located in the Township.
