HistoryMaker Homes is entering four new Houston-area communities during the first half of 2019, and pre-sales have already begun in three of the four developments.

“We continue to strategically grow our footprint in Houston, and this growth coincides with our celebrating HistoryMaker’s 70thanniversary in this great industry of home building,” said Mickey Pizzitola, division president for HistoryMaker Homes. “Additional growth is planned for the second half of 2019, as well.”

HistoryMaker recently opened a model home in Vanbrooke, where it is offering seven floor plans that range from 1,445 to nearly 2,900 square feet. All feature at least 2.5-car garages. Pricing in the Fulshear community starts in the $220,000s.

HistoryMaker is offering seven new floor plans in Spring’s Klein Grove development, located in the Klein Independent School District. The designs can flex up to five bedrooms with more than 3,000 square feet and are priced from the $200,000s. A model home is under construction and slated to open in early May.

The builder is offering three-car garage designs in Sierra Vista, which is located near Highway 288 in Iowa Colony. HistoryMaker’s floor plans range from 1,797 to more than 3,800 square feet and pricing is from the $260,000s. A model home is under construction and is scheduled to be complete in June.

“Pre-sales should open in Hidden Creek in Conroe later this spring, as well,” Pizzitola said.

And while the builder is rapidly expanding in Houston, it is also closing out in one community, Country Lakes Estates Village in Spring, where one home remains.

“Country Lakes Estates Village was the second community we entered in Houston and our first to close out,” Pizzitola said. “We’re finding people are definitely resonating with our ‘more space, more choice and more value’ approach to home building.”
