Hanover Family Builders on Friday announced plans for Hanover Lakes, its new waterfront community in St. Cloud.
Hanover Lakes is designed to be a paradise for people who love to boat, fish and want to explore some of Florida’s finest waterways. Each home will be built on a canal system with access to 3,400-acre, spring-fed Alligator Lake.
A boat lift will allow residents to get their boats from the canal into Alligator Lake. From there, boaters can explore the Alligator Chain of Lakes, as well as the famous Kissimmee Chain of Lakes. Hanover Lakes residents will be able to launch their boats from their own backyard dock and have direct access to more than 85,000 acres of waterways, brimming with largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill and shellcracker.

Hanover Lakes will feature one and two-story homes with flexible floor plans, situated on both 50 and 60-foot-wide lots. Prices will start in the mid-$200,000’s.
Community amenities include a gated entrance, resort-style swimming pool and cabana, tennis courts and lush landscaping.
Hanover Lakes will begin presales in April, with model homes opening this summer.
