Fischer Homes will be hosting a Grand Opening for its new decorated model home at its Summersfield Place community in Shelbyville, Kentucky on Saturday, March 17 and Sunday, March 18 from noon to 4 pm.

Construction is already underway on new homes in Summersfield Place.”
Summersfield Place is located off Benson Pike. The community is just minutes from I-64 and near The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass.
The community will feature Fischer Homes Maple Street Collection ranging in price from the $170,000s to the $250,000s+. The ten floo rplans available to build feature spacious kitchens with an island, open family rooms, private studies, and lofts. Summersfield Place is located in the Shelby County School District.
Fischer Homes has another new development in Shelbyville near Summersfield Place, Highlands at Summersfield. Between the two communities, there will be 47 homesites available for purchase.
