Fischer Homes will be building paired patio homes in Monroe Meadows, a new community in Lebanon, Ohio, located off Route 42. Monroe Meadows is a $6 million development by Dwell Development and will consist of 32 units.

With demand for low-maintenance ranch homes increasing among buyers, Fischer Homes will be offering its paired patio homes, which include yard maintenance and snow removal. New homes in Monroe Meadows will start in the $170,000s and will include over 1,200 square feet of living space. Buyers will also have the option to add a second-floor loft, increasing the overall the living space to over 2,200 square feet.

“We have seen tremendous success with our new paired patio product in Northern Kentucky and are excited to introduce this offering to the growing City of Lebanon,” said Brian Johnson, Cincinnati Market president at Fischer Homes. “It has the desirable low-maintenance feature that comes standard with our Patio Home communities, at an affordable price.”

Monroe Meadows is located in the Lebanon City School District and is near several dining and shopping options, including Austin Landing and Cincinnati Premium Outlets. With easy access to both I-71 and I-75, the community is accessible to many employers in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas, including Luxottica, Procter & Gamble and Premier Health.

Site-development work on the property will begin this summer with construction of new homes expected to start in September.
