Fischer Homes will be hosting a Grand Opening event to unveil its newest model home, the Blair, at Central Park at River Crest in Mt. Washington, Kentucky, outside Louisville.
One of Fischer Homes’ best-selling plans, the Blair features five levels of living space, a two-story family room, and an open kitchen with an island. In addition, the home showcases a private owner’s suite on its own level with secondary bedrooms on the top floor. This home will be available to tour at the Grand Opening event on March 24 and 25 from noon to 4 pm.
Central Park at River Crest is a master-planned community that will feature amenities that include a swimming pool, splash park, clubhouse, playground, and walking paths. Two other Fischer Homes communities are located in the vicinity as well: Twin Falls at River Crest and Highland Ridge at River Crest. The three communities combined will feature 171 home sites, with a developed value of $50 million. The Masterpiece and Designer Collection of homes are available to build from the mid $200s to the $400s+. These new home communities are located in the Bullitt County Public School District.
