Fischer Homes just completed its Grandin Coastal Classic model outside Atlanta and is hosting a grand opening on Saturday, August 24 from noon to 4 p.m. at the community of Springbrook Estates in Cobb County.
Fischer Homes is developing Springbrook Estates, a new $32 million community of 106 single-family homes, located in historic downtown Powder Springs on Lewis Road. The community includes a clubhouse, lap pool, tennis courts, and playground. Buyers can choose from a variety of single-family floor plans including five-level, ranch, and first-floor master designs. New Homes in Springbrook Estates are priced from the $310,000s to the $400,000s+.
“Springbrook Estates offers stunning new home designs with hundreds of personalization options in a convenient location,” said Steve Whaley, marketing director at Fischer Homes. “We are excited to introduce a new decorated model to Powder Springs, as we continue to see growing demand in this area.”
The new Grandin model, a top-selling plan from Fischer Homes, is a four-bedroom home, which includes a spacious owner’s suite. The first floor features an open kitchen design with an expansive island and morning room that connect to the two-story great room — casual living space at the back of the home functions as additional entertainment or recreational space.
Springbrook Estates marks the company’s thirteenth model home since entering the Louisville market in 2013. The 30th largest home builder now has 12 communities in the Atlanta area with new homes ranging in price from the $250,000s to the $750,000s+.
