Fischer Homes is opening its seventh decorated model home at Hubbards Landing in Mt. Washington, Kentucky since entering the Louisville market in January of 2018.
The Yosemite Cambridge Cottage model includes 2,258 square feet of living space and features three bedrooms, two and a half baths, an upstairs loft, and a private owner’s suite.
Eleven new home designs, including the Yosemite, are available to build in Hubbards Landing priced from the $190s to the $300s+. Hubbards Landing is located off Old Mill Road and in the Bullitt County Public School District. Fischer Homes recently released a new phase of home sites.

Fischer Homes will be hosting a grand opening event for the new model home on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16 from noon to 4 p.m. The Hubbards Landing model home is located at 128 Hubbards Crossing, Mt. Washington, KY 40047.
Fischer Homes now has 16 communities in the Louisville area with new homes ranging in price from the $180s to the $650s+. The homebuilder also has model homes under construction in LaGrange and Heritage Creek, which are scheduled to open later this summer.
