Fischer Homes will be hosting a model grand opening event on Saturday, February 9 and Sunday, February 10 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Tuscany in Covington, Kentucky.
Tuscany is a master-planned community by BF Development on more than 230 acres atop the rolling hills off KY-17 S/Madison Pike. The community is adjacent to Pienza, where Fischer Homes built and sold more than 300 condominium homes. Tuscany is zoned for more than 1,000 homes; Fischer Homes will be building single-family homes, patio homes and condominiums in the first phase of development.
Future homeowners can choose from 10 single family floor plans from Fischer Homes’ Designer Collection priced from the $300’s to the $450’s. For those seeking low-maintenance living, six patio home floor plans are offered from the $260’s to the $400’s and four condominium floor plans, including no-step options, are available from the $130’s to the $200’s.
