Fischer Homes host a grand opening event for its new Blake model at Reserve at Meadowood, a new home community in Crescent Springs, Kentucky. The event will take place on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7 from noon to 4 PM.
Reserve at Meadowood will have a total of 76 homesites valued at $38 million, developed by Reserve at Meadowood LLC. Seventeen homes have already been sold, many with construction underway.
Most current homeowners camped out at the Fischer Homes Corporate Office in Erlanger, Ky. in November of 2018 to secure their homesite of choice. Only 7 home sites remain in the first phase. Reserve at Meadowood offers 10 floor plans from the Masterpiece Collection of homes priced from the $410,000s to the $600,000s.
Reserve at Meadowood is close to I-75, I-275, and less than 10 miles from downtown Cincinnati. Located in Kenton County School District with parochial schools nearby including St. Joseph and Villa Madonna Academy.
“We are excited to showcase our new model home in Reserve at Meadowood,” said Jason Finch, Northern Kentucky market president at Fischer Homes. “This community has seen incredible demand from its initial launch and we are pleased to have a decorated model available for potential homeowners to tour and view our thoughtful designs.”
The Blake model features a first-floor owner’s suite, a large kitchen with an island open to the morning room and family room, vaulted ceilings with cedar beams, and a private study at the entrance of the home. The second floor has two spacious bedrooms and a loft for additional living space. The finished basement completes the home with a wet bar and plenty of storage options.
