Fischer Homes has opened a new decorated model home at Ballyshannon, a master-planned community in Union, Kentucky, perched atop rolling hills in Boone County.
The 5-level Avery Western Craftsman model home is 2, 535 square feet, with four bedrooms and two and a half baths, a finished recreation room, a pocket office and a two-story family room with a wall to ceiling stone fireplace.
The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry and an island with pull-up seating. On its own level, the private owner’s retreat features a spacious walk-in closet that adjoins the laundry room and a luxury shower.
“Our newest model illustrates the flexibility of 5-level living in the beautiful and serene setting of Ballyshannon,” said Jason Finch, Northern Kentucky Market president at Fischer Homes. “We are thrilled to debut our very first Avery model which showcases all that this picturesque community has to offer.”
The new model overlooks the community swimming pool, splash pool, cabana and playground, which are scheduled to open later this spring. Ballyshannon Middle School – which opened in the fall of 2018 – is located within the community.
A total of 34 new home designs are offered at Ballyshannon, priced from the $200’s to the $460’s+.
