Drees Homes has signed on to build in the Lebanon, Ohio golf course community, Shaker Run.
Drees Homes joins Fischer Homes with 27 new home sites including a long-term option of an additional 100+ homesites.
The Shaker Run Golf Club’s original designer, Arthur Hills, is returning to revamp the nearly 40-year-old course.
“We are excited to enter the Lebanon area, especially in this highly demanded development. The resort-style experience that Shaker Run provides is something that we know our homeowners will appreciate,” said Ray Neverovich, Cincinnati Division president at Drees Homes. Drees Homes will be building their 40-48 foot wide Sterling product line featuring a mixture of brick, stone, and siding. In addition, they will be building their Beachwood floorplan for the model, a ranch design.
Fischer Homes is currently building their Masterpiece and Designer Collection of homes as well as new Villa II Condominiums. The Condominiums reside in the new community, Lakeside at Shaker Run, featuring golf course and lake views. The community starts from the $220’s and features open concept, resort-style living.
