The two-story floor plans range from approximately 2,200 to 2,600 square feet of living space.

The new Modernist Collection is a series of homes that draws its inspiration from consumer feedback and also offers an urban feel in suburban settings.

The Modernist Collection offers a balance of modern interior and exterior designs, while incorporating open, functional living spaces both indoors and outdoors. Outdoor living areas meld seamlessly with spacious indoor living rooms, kitchens built with work triangles, dining areas, private master suites, and studies.
