Embrey Mill, an 819-acre master-planned community located off I-95 in North Stafford, Virginia, is launching two new phases of the community opening summer 2019.

The release of sections five and eight will usher in several new family-friendly amenities, 300 additional home lots and eleven new models from seven award-winning home builders including Atlantic Builders, Dream Finders Homes, Drees Homes, Integrity Homes, K Hovnanian Homes, Miller & Smith and Stanley Martin Homes.

With a focus on creating connection between residents as a hometown neighborhood, Embrey Mill will also release several new community amenities with the launch of the new phases including:· Knight House, +5,000 square-foot outdoor community pool, the second in Embrey Mill, and +3,500 square-foot clubhouse
· Dog Hill Downs, the second community dog park
· Embrey Commons, a set of multipurpose community parks and playing fields
