Lexington Homes has announced the start of sales for its Lexington Towne community in Arlington Heights, Ill.
The Chicago-based builder’s 15 single-family home project is located a half-mile from downtown Arlington Heights, giving its future residents walkable access to all of the shops, restaurants, and theaters in “One of the Most Desirable Downtowns,” according to a recent Daily Herald survey. A performing arts center and Metra stop are also accessible by foot.
Lexington Towne will offer buyers a choice between three floor plans – The Arlington, The Brighton and The Concord – which range in size from 3,003 to 3,678 square feet and include three and a half bathrooms and four to five bedrooms. Each plan incorporates open main-level layouts with a separate dining room and study, plus a mudroom and laundry room.
All floor plans include the option to turn the first-floor study and powder room into a guest suite, or fill an additional bedroom or loft in the two-story family room space. New home buyers can also choose to upgrade their master bedroom suite with a deluxe master bath, which adds a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and second-story laundry.
Exterior design options include brick and stone elevations, a farmhouse-style elevation with a wide front porch, and Craftsman-style exteriors. All floor plans include two-car garages, with a three-car option available for The Concord.
“There is a reason we have been so successful at building homes over the past 40 years,” Jeff Benach, principal of Lexington Homes, said in a release. “We know that each buyer has different needs, which is why we keep our plans flexible. Homes at Lexington Towne offer floor plans to accommodate any family no matter what stage of life they are in.”
Pricing will start in the mid-$700,000s, and first move-ins are expected in Spring 2017.
