Century Communities, Greenwood Village, Col. (NYSE:CCS) is expanding its regional presence with the addition of two new communities in the Southern California market.
Elements at Rosemead is now selling in the San Gabriel Valley, with 50% of the community sold out within the first two months. The townhomes are 3-story and range from 1,582 to 1,755 square feet and include design features such as ground floor bedrooms and baths, large balconies and rooftop decks in select plans. A third community, Phoenix Crest at Rancho Etiwanda Estates, is now nearing sellout. Phoenix Crest offers foothill views of Rancho Cucamonga’s San Gabriel Mountains. The community’s model homes have just been released for sale. The models feature designs from 2,689 to 4,052 square feet, 4 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 baths and 2 or 3 car garages.
