Century Communities over the weekend opened for sales at The Retreat at RidgeGate in Lone Tree, Colorado.
Only 50 home sites are available for sale. The Retreat at RidgeGate is located west of Interstate 25 at 10736 Bluffside Drive, Lone Tree, CO 80124.

Construction has begun on four additional floor plans, which include one- and two-story designs. The additional floor plans are available for viewing. These homes will be ready for move-in by the end of this year.
