Century Communities, Greenwood Village, Colorado, said Tuesday it is moving forward on its new master-planned community Polo Ranch located in Fulshear, Texas.
Polo Ranch is Century Communities newest development in the Houston area. New homes will start in the $160s and feature flexible floor plans ranging in size from 1,200 to 3,400 square feet. A grand opening is planned for June 2019.
Located near Fulbrook and Weston Lakes, Polo Ranch will incorporate full amenities including a recreation center with pool, playgrounds and parks.
"Fulshear is undergoing an amazing transformation from a small town located near Houston to a thriving community within the region. Incorporated in 1977, Fulshear has grown rapidly because of its proximity to Houston, which is only 33 miles away. Fulshear is located near the Brazos River at the intersection of Farm to Market Road 359 and Farm to Market Road 1093. The new community of Polo Ranch borders FM 359 and is close to the Westpark Tollway and Katy Freeway.
Polo Ranch is situated among rolling hills with century-old hardwoods, grassy prairie land, and serene low lands along the banks of the river. Fulshear is zoned to schools in the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District and the Katy Independent School District.
