Taylor Morrison is experiencing a sales surge at the Folsom Ranch master plan in Folsom, California. KCRA reports:
Builders at Folsom's new community south of Highway 50 have sold 24 homes in less than six weeks.
Leslie Kilmer, marketing manager for home builder Taylor Morrison, said the company opened its sales office on the Folsom Ranch site during the second weekend of June.
AdvertisementSince then, a steady influx of potential buyers have to come look at floor plans and get a first glimpse of four models that are nearing completion. The builder said about 4,000 people said they were interested in Folsom Ranch homes.
Four of Folsom Ranch’s model homes are expected to be ready for the public in mid-SeptemberTaylor Morrison is offering prospective homeowners eight different floor plans in all, with prices from the high $400,000 range to the high $500,000 range, Kilmer said. According to Zillow, the median home value in Folsom is $533,000.
