CalAtlantic Homes on Friday announced the Grand Opening of two new home collections in North Fort Collins, Colorado, bringing nine paired and single-family floor plans to the Mosaic master-planned community in Fort Collins’ new city center.

“Mosaic is just a stone’s throw from Fort Collins’ most popular amenities, including Old Town, College Avenue, Brewery Triangle and a thriving employment corridor,” said Dan Nickless, Denver Division President for CalAtlantic Homes. “With such a wide range of sizes and styles, these two new Mosaic neighborhoods offer the ideal home for a wide range of home buyers, allowing them to enjoy the best of urban living and the serenity of a master-planned community.”

CalAtlantic’s new Mosaic communities offer three paired home floor plans ranging from 1,305 to 1,806 square feet, and six one- and two-story, single-family home floor plans ranging from 1,895 to 2,738 square feet. Together, they provide two to six bedrooms and two to five baths.

Each home at Mosaic features welcoming open concept interiors with generous living areas and abundant, strategically placed windows that bathe spaces in natural light. Designed to make the most of time with family and friends, these floor plans sweep from large Great Rooms into gourmet kitchens – many with large center islands created for gathering and conversation. Residents will also enjoy a large owner’s suite with a spa-inspired bath.

Home buyers can personalize their home at Mosaic with a choice of Traditional, Modern or Colorado Contemporary exterior styles. Pricing for paired homes at Mosaic begins at $339,990. Pricing for single-family homes at Mosaic begins at $419,990.

Residents at Mosaic will enjoy two community pools, miles of trails and walking paths, and direct access to a 20-acre public park that is located within the community and maintained by the City of Fort Collins. Mosaic is also just minutes from neighborhood shopping, dining and entertainment, and the charming amenities of the Old Town historic district. It is also only one mile from I-25 and less than five miles from numerous major employers including Intel, HP, Agilent Technology, AMD, Poudre Valley Health Systems and the corporate headquarters of Woodward Governor.

Children living within Mosaic will have the opportunity to attend Laurel Elementary School, Lincoln Junior High School and Fort Collins High School, all part of the Poudre Valley School District.
