Alabama’s Truland Homes Opens Florida Division

First community to open by the end of May.

Truland Homes, a locally owned and operated home builder in Baldwin County, Alabama, is expanding into Florida and opened a Gulf Coast West Division office in downtown Pensacola.

Chad Edgar, Gulf Coast West Division president, said the company will be operating in housing market in Escambia and Walton Counties. providing residents with the Truland Homes promise of a “superior homes and a distinctive buying experience. We are just getting started and I do not expect us to slow down any time soon. Our goal is to provide a Truland Home to anyone looking to buy a new home.”

Truland’s first community, Huntington Creek, is now under construction with homes to be completed by the end of May. Huntington Creek is located on Mobile Highway, just east of Belulah Road. This community offers convenient access to Navy Federal Credit Union, the Escambia County Equestrian Center and miles of serene hiking trails. Homes in Huntington Creek will start in the high $300s and range in square footage from 2,600- 3,095.
