Landsea Homes, the 2022 BUILDER of the Year, closed on 103 homesites in Kissimmee, Florida, in the Storey Creek master-planned community.

Single-family homes in Storey Creek will range between 1,635 and 3,198 square feet on 60-foot lots. Landsea Homes will begin development this summer, and sales are slated to begin in spring 2023. The Storey Creek master-planned community will feature a resort-style pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a dog park, a children’s playground, a walking trail, and basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. The community will offer easy access to U.S. Highway 17-92, U.S. 192, and Interstate 4.
Landsea Homes’ Cypress Hammock community, also in Kissimmee, is currently selling. California-based Landsea Homes has developed communities in Arizona, California, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.
