Land Advisors Organization’s Dallas-Fort Worth office sold two land parcels, totaling 178 acres, within the Mountain Valley Lake master-planned community to Impression Homes. The purchase closes out the final two phases of the community located in the Joshua/Burleson submarket.
With the purchase, Impression acquires 119 developed lots within The Preserve at Mountain Valley Lake and 119 paper lots within a final phase of the community. The home builder plans to begin construction and presales immediately. Impression Homes was ranked 95th on the 2023 BUILDER 100 list, closing 606 homes in 2022 and generating $252 million in gross revenue.
“Impression Homes is the ideal builder to take a position at Mountain Valley Lake,” says Land Advisors Organization broker Austin Reilly. “Families with school-age children are drawn to the neighborhood because of its family-friendly atmosphere and location within the acclaimed Joshua ISD. Impression caters to this buyer profile and will do a really nice job in this community for the next few years.”
Mountain Valley Lake includes a network of trails, a 20-acre lake with a fishing pier, sport courts, a swimming pool, a shaded playground area, and scattered picnic pavilions.
The Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metro has ranked as the top market in BUILDER’s Local Leaders list since 2017. In 2022, there were 44,562 closings in the metro area, nearly 9,000 more closings than second-place Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land.
