Taylor Morrison is underway on four new model homes for its upcoming Esplanade on Palmer Ranch community in south Sarasota, Florida.
A total of nine detached villa and single-family floor plans are available, with eight one-story plans and one two-story plan. Personalization options are available at Taylor Morrison’s local Design Center, and upgrade options are available throughout the home.
“Esplanade on Palmer Ranch will be a great addition to our signature Esplanade brand and is located in the highly sought after master-plan of Palmer Ranch,” says Cammie Longenecker, division president for Taylor Morrison’s Southwest Florida division. “Homes here will be inspired by California Tuscan architecture and will offer open concept layouts for entertaining, chef-inspired kitchens, and expansive living areas.”
Community amenities will include a resort-style pool, covered cabanas, a full-service spa and salon, and a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, with on-site fitness classes and personal training sessions available. Tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts will also be available, along with a full-service bar on-site and a full-time lifestyle manager to assist residents with special event planning.
The Palmer Ranch master-planned community – also home to three other Taylor Morrison neighborhoods – is located a short drive from Siesta Key beach, St. Armand’s Circle, and The Mall at University Town Center. Oscar Scherer State Park and Sarasota’s Legacy Trail provide a large number of walking, biking, and jogging trails, plus beautiful views, several lakes, and wetland preserves close by.
The model homes are expected to open at the end of the year, and presales for the community are now available at Taylor Morrison’s nearby Cobblestone on Palmer Ranch. Home prices start in the mid-$300s.
