Shea Homes Arizona has announced the start of model home construction for two new home communities in Peoria, Arizona’s Aloravita master-planned community. Ascent and Emblem at Aloravita will contain a total of 124 homes across 29 acres, with sales slated to start in December 2019.
The Ascent community’s floor plans will range from 1,968 to 3,062 square feet in size, with three to four bedrooms and two and a half to three and a half bathrooms. Emblem’s homes will range from 2,318 to 3,505 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two and a half to four and a half bathrooms.
