Patten Companies began selling intracoastal waterfront homesites at Seaside Landings while in the pre-construction phase of development last year. Paved roads are now fully complete, with the gated entrance and waterfront recreation area currently underway.
Seaside Landings is an easy drive to the scenic A-1-A and Flagler Beaches, the Palm Coast Town Center, I-95, and to a host of surrounding international airports.
