Pardee Homes Inland Empire has broken ground on 12 new model homes for Altis, an upcoming 55+ lifestyle community in Beaumont, Calif.

The models are taken from across the community’s four home collections: Vita, Avid, Mira and Elan. The modern-style homes homes will range from 1,473 to 3,094 square feet in size, with two to three bedrooms, two to three and a half baths, and two-bay garages on a single story.

Some collections include storage space, and one of the Elan floor plans also includes an optional second floor as a GenSmart suite, or separate attached living space. Each of the homes incorporates Pardee’s LivingSmart building program, which provides energy-efficient heating systems, low-VOC interior paint, sustainable building materials, energy-efficient appliances and in-home WiFi smart technology options as standard.

A 16,000-square foot residents’ club and amenity space, The VuePoint at Altis, will also be open and ready for use when the first residents move in. The VuePoint’s outdoor amenities will include a 4,300-square-foot resort-style pool with water features, a solar-integrated shade structure, and an elevated spa terrace; a fire pit terrace; an outdoor lounge area with kitchen, barbecue, and sink space; a 1,200-square foot Butterfly Shade Structure with an integrated sound system; and a 12,000 square foot event lawn overlooking the San Gorgonio Mountain Range. A great room, fitness center, indoor/outdoor movements studio, and flexible art and activity rooms are available inside the clubhouse.

The community will contain 704 homes total when complete, with pstarting prices expected to range from the low $300,000s to the mid $400,000s. The model homes will open alongside the community’s grand opening this fall.

Pardee Homes is also hosting a number of group meetups with potential buyers from the Altis interest, so that future residents can get to know each other. “The meetups have been a fun and engaging way for our team to connect with people on our interest list, which is more than 2,000 people strong and continuing to grow,” says Taylor.
