Maracay Homes, a member of the TRI Pointe Group, has closed on 190 additional home sites in the South Mountain submarket in Phoenix, Ariz. for $12.1 million. These new home sites will make up the second phase of Maracay’s Avance master-planned community, which will open the model homes in its first phase of 204 homesites in early 2019.
The Avance community is located next to South Mountain Park, the world’s largest urban park at 16,000 acres. Residents of the upcoming gated community will have access to over 51 miles of trails at South Mountain Park through the Avance community’s own trail system. The homes at Avance will range from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet in size, and will be available in four architectural styles influenced by the South Mountain setting.
