Lennar announced the opening of its welcome home center at Arden, a master-planned agricultural neighborhood, or “agrihood,” in Wellington, Fla. The community of single-family homes is designed around Arden Lake and centered around a community farm that will produce fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Community amenities include organic farming classes taught by dedicated farm managers, a fitness center, tennis courts, and over 20 miles of trails. Lennar Palm Atlantic division president Dan Grosswald said in a statement:
