Hanover Family Builders, a Landsea Homes Corp. company, is selling 104 townhomes at the Legacy Landings community in Davenport, Florida. The townhomes offer three different floor plans ranging between 1,603 and 1,982 square feet.

The primary bedroom features a luxury bathroom with a walk-in closet and upstairs laundry room. The base price for the Clare floor plan is $304,999.

The 1,621-square-foot Francesca townhome floor plan features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, an oversized island counter, and a first floor great room opening to the enclosed porch and backyard. Pricing for the Francesca floor plan starts at $314,999.

The Paige floor plan features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 1,982 square feet. The base price for the floor plan is $319,999.

The Legacy Landings community is located across the street from a charter school anda new high school. Residents will have easy access to nearby shopping malls, Lake Tohopekaliga, Lake Marian, and Walt Disney World.

Landsea Homes acquired Orlando-based Hanover Family Builders in January. The company recently closed on the land purchase of 200 homesites in Palm Bay, Florida, and began selling homes at two Palm Bay new-home communities. The Newport Beach, California-based home builder has developed homes and communities in Arizona, California, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Texas.
