KB Home (NYSE: KBH) Thursday announced the grand opening of Cherry Blossom at the Fairways, a new collection of stylish one- and two-story homes situated adjacent to the Morongo Golf Course in Beaumont, Calif.
Located near Interstate 10 and Highway 60, Cherry Blossom at the Fairways is convenient to Riverside and San Bernardino area employment centers, Ontario International Airport, shopping, dining and entertainment. The community also offers easy access to major regional attractions, including the San Bernardino National Forest and Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa in Cabazon.
KB Home plans to construct a total of 91 single-family homes at Cherry Blossom at the Fairways, with many of the home sites adjoining a golf course. The community amenities include the Canyon Club, a country club-like recreation and activity center featuring a swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and club house with dining and meeting space.
The one- and two-story homes at Cherry Blossom at the Fairways range between 1,557 to 2,278 square feet, feature five available floor plans and can be built with up to five bedrooms, three baths and two-car garages. Pricing starts in the low-$300,000s.
KB Home will hold a grand opening celebration for the community on February 11th at 10:00 a.m.
