Family Development and Mosaic have announced the start of Town Germann, a 209-unit luxury townhome community in Gilbert, Arizona. On 14.5 acres, the gated build-to-rent (BTR) homes will range in size from 1,192 to 1,379 square feet with two- to three-bedrooms, two baths, a powder room and an attached two-car garage.
