Encore by David Weekley Homes has opened pre-sales for its latest 55+ active-adult community, Glenhaven at Ridgewalk, in Woodstock, Georgia, north of Atlanta. The gated community is set to offer roughly 130 ranch-style single-family homes, ranging from 1,827 to 3,706 square feet in size.
The homes are available in a choice of six one-level floor plans, with the option to add a second floor or a basement, a covered or screened porch, and additional bedrooms. Each home’s windows are placed to take advantage of natural light. The amenity center will include a 4,100-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, a kitchen, gathering spaces, an on-site activities director, and a swimming pool with lap lanes. A pickleball court is planned for the second phase of construction.

Pre-sales for the community opened March 27, and home buyers who sign a contract by April 30 will be given an incentive of $10,000 in design center credits.
