Cullum Homes has announced a new high-end home community on the lower eastern slope of Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona, located near The Phoenician luxury resort. Ascent at The Phoenician will offer 51 single-family homes starting at 3,000 square feet in size and up, with prices starting in the $2 million range.
Each of the homesites offer 180-degree views of the surrounding valley. Buyers can choose a ready-to-build or customized plan, taken from a choice of six modern-style floor plans ranging from one to three stories, or work with Cullum’s in-house architecture team to create a one-of-a-kind, fully custom home on a single or double lot. Fifteen of the community’s lots have already been reserved.

Twenty-one of the community’s homes are located on the ninth fairway of The Phoenician Golf Club, close to The Phoenician Tavern and Golf Club. Homeowners are invited to join the optional The Phoenician Amenity Access Program to access the hotel’s amenities.
