Chesmar Homes has opened the first new model home and announced the start of new single-family home sales in The Woodlands Hills, a new master-planned community in Conroe, Tex. by The Howard Hughes Corporation.
The decorated model, built from Chesmar Homes’ Elena floor plan, one of nine floor plans available in The Woodlands Hills from Chesmar’s Fortunata Collection. The Elena model features four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a two-car garage, an upstairs game room overlooking a two-story family room and adjoining kitchen, and a separate formal dining room. The downstairs master suite features a large walk-in closet. A covered patio and utility room are also available. The model measures 2,522 square feet and is priced starting from $266,990.
Chesmar is the first of The Woodlands Hills’ six designated home builders to start sales in the community. Its new single-family homes will be built on 50-foot home sites. One, one-and-a-half, and two-story homes are available from the builder’s Fortunata collection; the community’s selection ranges in size from 1,586 to over 2,600 square feet and ranges in price from $227,990 to $280,990.
