Century Communities—No. 9 on the 2022 Builder 100 list—announced its Century Complete brand has expanded its Arizona footprint with a move into the Tucson, Arizona, market.
The brand is bringing its “Buy Now” process to two new communities in Benson—Cottonwood Bluffs and Water Crest. Both communities feature Old West charm and stunning vistas off Interstate 10, with quick access to destinations like Kartchner Caverns State Park.
"We already have a long-established presence in the Phoenix market, so it was a natural progression for us to move farther south into the Tucson area, where we know our streamlined and affordable online home buying model will be a great fit,” says Greg Huff, president of Century Complete. Buyers will be offered a selection of affordable and contemporary ranch-style floor plans with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and more. Cottonwood Bluffs will offer seven floor plans with three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two-bay garages, and up to 1,815 square feet. Pricing will start in the mid-$200,000s.
Coming soon, Water Crest will feature two ranch-style floor plans with three bedrooms, two baths, two-bay garages, and up to 1,376 square feet. Pricing will start in the low $200,000s.
