A top 10 national home builder and industry leader in online sales, Century Communities has announced six new communities in the San Antonio area. Offering an array of single-family homes, the communities will have open-concept floor plans, granite countertops, and the Century Home Connect smart home package. Having a strong presence in the San Antonio market for almost nine years, Century has remained focused on choosing the best sites that include economic growth and a robust demographic.

The home builder believes that San Antonio’s appealing culture and history drives strong growth in both employment and population. Creekside at Los Altos, Covington, Hacienda, Blue Ridge Ranch, Boardwalk at Hunter’s Way, and Bella Rosa are the six new communities open for sales with two others on the way—Bear Creek and Mesa Vista.

Bella Rosa in Cibolo will offer 60 homesites for single-family homes up to 2,641 square feet. The three- to five-bedroom, two- to three-bathroom homes will have a community park including a playground and picnic areas.

In San Antonio, Creekside at Los Altos is a new section within an established community with 71 homesites. The three- to four-bedroom, two- to three-bathroom homes will offer up to 2,394 square feet starting in the upper $200,000s. In the same price range, Covington has 49 homesites for three- to four-bedroom, two- to two-and-a-half bathroom homes up to 2,178 square feet, and Hacienda has 253 homesites for three- to four-bedroom, two- to two-and-a-half bath homes up to 2,097 square feet. Hacienda’s future community amenities include a park with a playground, a soccer field, and a picnic area.

Blue Ridge Ranch’s homes offer three- to four-bedrooms and two- to three-bathrooms up to 2,394 square feet from the upper $200,000s. The 108 homesite community will include a playground and a dog park. From the mid-$300,000s, Boardwalk at Hunter’s Way has 84 homesites for three- to five-bedroom, two- to three-bathrooms homes up to 2,282 square feet. Residents will enjoy a pavilion, a pond, and catch-and-release fishing pier.
