Brookfield Residential will debut three modern townhome designs at Citrus + Palm, the final neighborhood offering at the Rosedale master-planned community in Asuza, Calif. The three-story townhomes include bright, open living spaces with interiors that span up to 1,731 square feet.

Citrus + Palm floor plans include two or three bedrooms, two and one-half baths, a great room, casual dining room, stylish kitchen, and spacious master suite. An outdoor deck and directly accessible two-car garage is also included. Every townhome comes with Brookfield Residential’s Connected Home package, giving residents control of lighting, thermostats, door locks, and more from their smartphone or tablet.

Citrus + Palm residents will have access to The Resort at Rosedale, a 4,500-square-foot private clubhouse and two-acre recreation center which includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, Junior Olympic swimming pool, children’s wading pool, turf volleyball, picnic tables, and more. In addition, Rosedale’s central arroyo features 13.5 acres of open space with access to hiking, biking, and walking trails in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains. Parks scattered throughout the community offer a space for picnics, play dates, or pick-up ball games.

Citrus + Palm is steps away from the Metro Gold Line station, according to Brookfield, offering residents quick access to Pasadena and downtown Los Angeles. Rosedale is in proximity to the I-10 and 210 corridors, offering access to Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino counties. Old Town Pasadena and Asuza retail, dining, and entertainment destinations are nearby. Citrus + Palm townhomes are anticipated to start from the $400,000s.
