A multi-phase master plan aptly named “Finale” will span the last land for development in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Developed by The Finale Development Partnership, Finale's first offerings will be the Independence Townhomes, an enclave of 16 three- to five-bedroom residences from 2,400 square feet to 3,500 square feet with two-car garages. A mix of single-family homesites, multifamily, condominiums, and hospitality will follow.
