Miralon, a new “agrihood” community in Palm Springs, California, by developer Freehold Communities, will open a new-home neighborhood soon. Gallery Homes has started construction on its 50 desert-modern homes, Gallery at Miralon.
Gallery at Miralon consists of one- and two-story residences on large lots with mountain views and access to Miralon’s amenities. Gallery at Miralon offers four floor plans with up to 3,059 square feet of indoor-outdoor living. Each home includes a private courtyard entry and private pool. Pricing is expected to start in the $800,000s.
“Gallery at Miralon will be a stunning addition to the legacy of midcentury modern design that evolved in Palm Springs and lives at Miralon,” says Brad Shuckhart, Freehold Communities’ California division president. “These homes also expand the diversity of home choices at Miralon, a place that continues to attract international attention and extraordinary demand for homes.”
The 50 new homes at Gallery at Miralon join the master plan’s two existing neighborhoods: award-winning Flair by Woodbridge Pacific Group and Aura at Miralon by PLC Communities. The new activity comes as Miralon recently received Master Plan Community of the Year at 2021 Gold Nugget Awards.
At full buildout, the master plan community will include 1,150 modernist-inspired residences that harmonize with Palm Springs’ architectural heritage. A highlight of Miralon’s 309 acres is its transformation of a previously constructed 18-hole golf course into working olive groves, community gardens, and walking trails.
Miralon also recently unveiled its extensive new amenity center, The Miralon Club, which features a resort-style pool with cabanas, a full-service bar, an outdoor demonstration kitchen, a fitness studio, co-working areas, indoor and outdoor event spaces, and a community U-pick garden.
