A touch of the Caribbean is coming to Lake Texoma, Oklahoma. At completion, Pointe Vista master plan will span 19 miles of Lake Texoma dotted with 2,800 homes, 672 hotel rooms, 306 multifamily units, and an 11-acre Caribbean Bay among other community amenities.
Straddling the Texas-Oklahoma border, the master plan is positioned two hours or less from both Dallas and Oklahoma City. With convenient access to urban hubs, homeowners and renters will be able to escape the bustling cities for lakeside living.
“At Pointe Vista, homeowners will have access to not only Oklahoma’s first branded residential product with Hard Rock Residences Lake Texoma but also two distinct lakefront neighborhoods, making this project a place for every lifestyle,” says Mark Fischer, CEO of Pointe Vista Holding Company. “From single-family homes to high-rise condos, we cater to families, young professionals, and everyone in between. We look forward to welcoming a vibrant community of residents to this pocket of paradise in Oklahoma.”

As part of phase one, two lakefront neighborhoods are under construction at Pointe Vista. Reflection Pointe will feature 84 single-family homes with ample lots and Bridge Pointe will include 32 lakeside villas and 26 hilltop townhomes. Each Bridge Pointe residence will include expansive outdoor areas with lake views, dedicated primary and guest suites, and multiple levels of living space.
Pointe Vista recently unveiled plans for its first hospitality product, and the state’s first branded residential community—Hard Rock Hotel and Residences Lake Texoma. Alongside its 189 hotel rooms and 306 residences to be delivered in phases, Hard Rock Hotel and Residences Lake Texoma will boast an 18,000 square foot conference center; a variety of dining, entertainment, and wellness offerings; and signature Hard Rock experiences the brand is known for.
“This hotel represents more than bricks and mortar; it’s a symbol of progress, collaboration, and the bright future ahead,” said Grant Speakes, president of Pointe Vista Holding Company, at the unveiling ceremony.

Designed by Oasis Amenities and the first of its kind in Oklahoma, the Carribean Bay will bring crystal-clear waters for year-round non-motorized activities, white sand beaches, islands, and private cabanas available for rent.
An adventure park with mountain biking trails and ziplines; an indoor waterpark; a concert venue; and a waterfront town center with a mix of shops and eateries will round out Pointe Vista’s amenities upon completion. These attractions will join the Pointe Vista area's already-established amenities, including the Chickasaw Nation West Bay Casino & Resort, Chickasaw Pointe Golf Club, and the 900-slip Catfish Bay Marina.
Speakes adds, “Our goal is to establish Lake Texoma as the ultimate year-round destination for North Texans, Oklahomans, and travelers from across the country. We are excited to build lasting partnerships and transform this hidden gem into a premier hub for leisure and recreation.”
