Designed by Court Atkins Group, the home was built by Shoreline Construction. The home's interior design, showcasing earthy tones and coastal textures, is by Brian Patrick Flynn.

The great room features high ceilings and an open-concept design that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Off the kitchen is a spacious laundry room and a dedicated pet washing station. Also on the first floor is the primary suite drenched in natural light. The two guest bedrooms are upstairs with a loft lounge providing an additional retreat.
Set along the fairway of Berkeley Hall, a premiere private golf community, the home includes a golf simulator and a private golf cart. The backyard is an entertainer's haven with a pool, fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, a pergola, and views of the course.
