Clayton has recently introduced a line of affordable farmhouse-style prefabricated homes that are now available.
The farmhouse series abides with Clayton's mission to provide individuals and families reasonably-priced housing options. The company currently offers several farmhouse-inspired floor plans which vary in starting price from $90,000, including the Freedom Farm House, Country Aire, Island Breeze, Amelia and Lulamae models.

These floor plans offer open concepts with plenty of natural light, large kitchen for entertaining, shiplap and rustic woodgrain accents, industrial-style pendant lighting, white kitchen cabinets, farmhouse sink and other features common in farmhouse-style homes.
Clayton has partnered with world-class brands and designers to provide stylish features, amenities and modern appliances for each home in the farmhouse floor plans. Every Clayton Built ® home is constructed with energy-efficiency in mind, using quality insulation, low-e windows and other features to help reduce the monthly cost of utilities. In October, Clayton announced a new partnership with smart thermostat manufacturer ecobee, whose smart thermostats will now be a standard feature in every home Clayton builds in the future to deliver on the consumer demand for energy savings and smart home technology.
